It was very rewarding working with Laticia Gibson and her team from Blue Clay Productions. Laticia was initially hired for three month in-house project and ended up staying for nine! We learnt a great deal about maximising our social media content, video production, and picked her brain on all things media–utilising her extensive experience as a journalist. Laticia conducted media training and presentation skills with our senior executives. She also worked exclusively with our CEO over a longer time period – covering communicating with the media, presentations and the use of social media for driving key messages and expanding the AIHW’s network and reach. She showed enormous creativity and professionalism in everything she did, while gently encouraging us to expand our thinking, use of video and social media reach. If you want to test the ‘status quo’ of your communications team, and give them the best chance of ongoing success, then we would highly recommend working with the Blue Clay team.
