Laticia has over eleven years journalism experience, working across the globe as a reporter and film producer for Channel Seven, BBC and ITN .

Laticia founded Blue Clay in 2010 with the desire to share her knowledge and experience with companies and individuals, by creating powerful media and marketing strategies. She opened the Riverina branch in March 2012, where BC still operates, and works with some of the country’s best regional businesses, RTO’s and NGO’s. Laticia has since moved to Canberra where she opened a second regional office.  She’s worked closely with large agri-businesses, councils and industry stakeholders to set, implement and deliver successful marketing campaigns.

Having grown up on a cattle farm in Northern NSW, she’s extremely passionate about promoting regional areas and arming them with the right tools to compete on a national and international stage. She runs regular training and workshops on a wide range of topics including marketing, public speaking and dealing with the media. Until recently, she sat on the board of Regional Development Australia ACT. A role she stepped back from to prepare for the birth of her first son, Harrison, in March of this year.

Beyond creative storytelling, her passion also extends to sharing knowledge of health ans wellness, and how these can be instrumental in creating a thriving business. Hence, Mind Body Business was born in 2014.
