PRODUCTION PROCESS, TERMS and CONDITIONS
Below is an outline of bcc’s process when dealing with new clients and delivering outcomes.
Briefing process: The potential client will be asked to fill in a questionnaire, which provides a general overview of the project/s. A more detailed conversation/questionnaire following this will ensure we collect more specifics around outcomes and potential costs.
Timeframes: Deadlines vary for each client and we have the ability to turn projects around within hours of filming an event. A timeframe is agreed upon before the work agreement is exchanged. This clearly outlines various KPI’s and delivery dates for different phases of production.
Production process: Once a work agreement (which clearly details the project outcomes and delivery dates) is signed and a 50% deposit is paid, Blue Clay begins the pre-production phase where a deeper conversation relating to key messages and talent, helps shape a draft script and/or concepts. These are then pitched and re-shaped according to client feedback.
Depending on the pre-production requirements outlined, bcc may also start assisting with lining up talent, scouting locations and organising props and sets. Once filming is completed, a proof will be supplied via an online link that is password protected.
Cancellation Either party may terminate this Agreement by giving 7 days written notice to the other of such termination. In the event that Work is postponed or terminated at the request of the Client, Consultant shall have the right to bill pro rata for work completed through the date of that request, while reserving all rights under this Agreement.
